Absolutely! We only bring in professionals who have been recommended and verified by us or by experts. We conduct training (if needed), assessment, interviews, check referrals, licenses and do background check on each and every service man. Only those who pass our strict on boarding process are allowed to work with us. All professionals are also required to complete an assessment test to verify their qualifications. Most of them have experience in their field.

What happens if a Jeevan Sahaayak not arrive on time?

We immediately arrange for a replacement and schedule a time convenient to you to do the job or register a cancellation of the service requested. You can also track the location of Jeevan Sahaayak from the App how far the JS from your reach.

How much time you take for providing job?

Our services are delivered on real time basis. The maximum time required for a person to arrive at your location will be 60 Mins.

Can I place a service request without registering on your site?

While we highly recommend you register with us first, you could place a service request on our app/site without registering with us.

How are the Jeevan Sahaayak rated?

After each service is completed, our customers are asked to rate the service on different parameters and judge the overall satisfaction of the service. You would also be allowed to rate a provider based on some parameters through our App if the service was requested from the App.

How can I view the updates regarding my request?

If you are a customer, you can track the request status through App. If you are a jobseeker you can track your request through the login credentials provided by us or you can also directly contact us @.........................

Do you receive payment in cash?

Sorry we can’t receive cash payments.

How safe is my card info with you?

We work with certified and experienced partners in managing your confidential information including saved cards among others. Your information is saved in an encrypted form and information sent over secure channels. Your information is therefore safe and secure.

Can I pay for an order using two different payment modes?

No. Though we provide multiple payment modes but you can choose any one of them for one service payment.

What are yours hours of operation or working?

You can register your service 24*7. Our Jeevan Sahayaak is there for you between 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Do your rates include the cost of material (Spare part)?

All our rates for the labour Charge only. They do not include the cost of materials. Our Jeevan Sahaayak will tell you what all materials (spare parts) are needed. You can buy the materials by yourself, or our Service Provider will buy the same for you.
