To provide citizen services with high degree of convenience “Jeevan Utthaan – Seva Kendra” are being established PAN India at block level. Each Seva Kendra having A State-of-Art, technology enabled Infrastructure to provide designated services optimally. Apart from this, every Seva Kendra will appoint 10-15 Jeevan Mitra to ensure delivery of services at door step. These “last mile entrepreneurs” will equipped with internet enabled high-end android tablets to serve citizens in real time using online apps. All “Jeevan Utthaan – Seva Kendra” will be backed up by District Level Coordinators (DLC) and all DLCs will be fully supported and controlled by State Level Implementing Partner (SLIP).
